Traditional event with the Aperitivo Italiano organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai.
Now we can say it: the restaurant chosen to host the event is “Torno Subito” located in the W Dubai, The Palm, and the date is the 7th March 2020.
Torno Subito is Massimo Bottura’s first restaurant outside of Italy.

Commercial Mission with Italian Company Ofar Spa.
Ofar is an Italian company based in North East of Italy, it is a leading supplier of forged components for a wide range of markets and industrial applications such as Oil&Gas, Mechanics, Shipbuilding, Petrochemical and Power Generation.
Some possible partnerships emerged from the meetings, which could give the company the opportunity to collaborate with local companies that would allow it to expand not only on the UAE market, but throughout the Middle East.

First Italian out-of-use tire treatment plant in Abu Dhabi.
Thanks to the activity carried out in recent years by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates and by the Sharaf Group, with the Sharaf Future Company (a pioneer in the waste treatment sector in the UAE), Italian technology finally arrives in the Emirates also in the sector just mentioned, of waste treatment.

Eni and ADNOC signed a Share Purchase Agreement to enable Eni to acquire from ADNOC a 20% equity interest in ADNOC Refining.
The agreed terms for the 20% equity interest acquired by Eni include a cash price of approximately $3.3 billion after deduction of the net debt and subject to closing adjustments, which corresponds to an enterprise value of approximately $3.9 billion (Eni share).

Dubai’s Burj Khalifa to turn blue for Angelman Syndrome, thanks to this British mother.
“In honour of my four-and-a-half-year-old son Sam, who has Angelman Syndrome, Burj Khalifa will light up in blue at 7.40pm. This is, of course, for all the other AS families in the UAE, around the world, as well as the wider community of people of determination” she wrote.
