Eni and ADNOC signed a Share Purchase Agreement to enable Eni to acquire from ADNOC a 20% equity interest in ADNOC Refining.
The agreed terms for the 20% equity interest acquired by Eni include a cash price of approximately $3.3 billion after deduction of the net debt and subject to closing adjustments, which corresponds to an enterprise value of approximately $3.9 billion (Eni share).

Dubai’s Burj Khalifa to turn blue for Angelman Syndrome, thanks to this British mother.
“In honour of my four-and-a-half-year-old son Sam, who has Angelman Syndrome, Burj Khalifa will light up in blue at 7.40pm. This is, of course, for all the other AS families in the UAE, around the world, as well as the wider community of people of determination” she wrote.
