With a Milanese flair, the award-winning Chef Nava will prepare prime cuts of meat for you to sample paired with glasses of grape. Meet-and-Greet the Chef at our standing event, mingle with guests and our sommelier while enjoying canapes and great company. The grape provider Centaurus will walk guests through each grape tasting and explain how it complements the Chefs cuts of meat.

In partnership with IRC, the IICUAE is glad to inform that it will take part also this year to Speciality Food Festival. The exhibition, which reaches its nine edition, is becoming the most important event in the GCC area for the fine food & gourmet sector. The companies will be able to exhibit their products and to be part of the cooking show, which will take place in the main hall of the Event. The cooking show will be done by some of the most important Italian chefs operating both in Italy and here in the UAE.

The GIC Gala Dinner is dedicated to the professionals who attend the Congress and it is held at the St. Regis Saadyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, with the participation of several honorable guests. In this occasion, the Best Representative of the year will be awarded by the IICUAE.

The Italian Restaurants in Dubai that meet the requirements will receive the Quality Q certification for the 2018/19 in a spectacular and glamorous environment.
