The General Assembly
The Members’ General Assembly meets at least once a year by March 31st.
It can also meet on any other occasion when it becomes necessary. It is convened by the President or, in his place, by the Vice-President.
The President has the right to convene it whenever he deems it appropriate and is required to convene it in writing, by mail, fax or e-mail within 10 days. when the Board decides or at the motivated request of at least one-third of the members.
The notice of the meeting must contain the agenda, the date, the place and the time of execution and must be sent to the members at least 10 days. before the Assembly.
Proxy voting is authorized within the limit of only one proxy per person. Voting by correspondence is not authorized.
The Members’ General Assembly:
- discusses and approves the annual reports of the Presidency and the Auditors;
- discusses and approves the final balance;
- discusses and approves the budget;
- elects the members of the Governing Council from among its members and fixes the number up to a maximum of 15.
Discussions of a non-associate nature will not be allowed.
