Passengers to the UAE can now register their vaccination status online

From August 15th, 2021, foreign passengers flying to the Emirates will be able to register their vaccination status through the ICA (Federal Authority of Identity and Citizenship) website or app.

The registration is an easy process: The individual will be required to upload his passport details, his Emirati address and the certificate of vaccination. Only certificates of vaccines approved by the UAE will be accepted.

The registration is not mandatory and it aims at quickly and automatically verify the vaccination status of passengers. There are, in fact, many events in the EAU for which vaccination starts to be required.
