Rose petal, wild strawberry and cherry aromas carry over to the bright palate along with a hint of white pepper. It’s elegant and easy drinking, with a light mousse and fresh acidity.

Cantina di Sorbara Emma (Lambrusco di Sorbara)

Aromas of wild rose and red berry follow over to the bright, light-bodied palate along with raspberry compote and crushed strawberry. A note of candied tangerine zest and vanilla close the finish. It’s fun and refreshing.

Cantina di Sorbara Omaggio a Gino Friedmann (Lambrusco di Sorbara)

This foaming red opens with heady aromas of fragrant purple flower, rose and wild berry. On the tangy palate, bright acidity boosts juicy red cherry, wild strawberry and a yeasty hint of bread dough before the crisp finish.

Cantina di Sorbara NV Dedicato ad Alfredo Molinari (Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce)

Fun and refreshing, this deep-hued, informal wine has ripe red grape and raisin hints. The aromas follow through to the zesty, frothy palate, along with dried cherry and blackberry notes. It’s easy-drinking and enjoyable, with a dry, tangy finish.

Picture Perfect: A beautiful view of Lambrusco vineyards…

The story of a humble grape that has been a part of Italian history since the days of Caesar and the Roman Empire… #Lambrusco has had many ups and downs in its long existence, for the last 40 years it’s reputation has been that of a sweet sparkling red wine with little character and ordinary features. We are very happy to be tasting#CantinaDiCaprieSorbara and the work they are doing to push quality driven Lambrusco wines 🍷🍾

Salute and stay tuned for our tasting videos as we work our way through the range

Tasty tasting of @cantinasorbara #Lambrusco with @mmidubai – the #PiazzaGrande#Spumante #NonVintage#RosatoDiModena was delicious, easy drinking and full of strawberry and candy cherries

Attention to detail, making sure every grape is ready…That’s the @cantinasorbara way!

Two fantastic styles of #Lambrusco from @cantinasorbara 1: Emma; Soft bubbles, fresh acidity, touch of sweetness. All I can say is Strawberry, Strawberry, Strawberry! I’m not usually one for wines with a semi-sweet style but I can tell you I honestly couldn’t stop drinking this, it was so perfect for a lazy summers afternoon out by the pool (7/10)…. 2: Omaggio a Gino Friedmann; A light, fresh and dry Lambrusco with soft violet flower, cherry and wild red currants. More food focus style wine with a character that really opens up as the time passes between sips (8/10) would be great with tomato based seafood pasta, pepperoni pizza, cured meats with soft cheeses or antipasti vegetable platter and fresh warm rosemary focaccia #TastedAndRated #ILoveLambrusco#DOC #LambruscodiSorbara #CantinaSorbara #ComingSoon @ Dubai, United Arab Emirates
